Forthcoming exhibitions

We have 2 exhibitions coming up, one in London and the other in Jurusalem. Class of David Watkins is at the Contemporary Applied Arts gallery from from 16th September - 29th October. This features a selection of work by postgraduate students from The GSM&J course at Royal College of Art, over the past 25 years, including Nikki Stott! David Watkins heads the department, and has helped us set up this project by providing the studio spave where the rings will be made.

The second show is "Design for Thought: Contemporary Product Design from Britain ", taking place at The Israel Museum from 15th September - 30th January 2006. We are showing work alongside a selection of London designers, the exhibition website has some introductory detail:

"The display ranges from products created within the constraints of commercial considerations to design ideas that represent a radical departure from existing practice, suggesting a future in which consumers will demand something more substantial than style and will seek out products that address genuine fears and needs."

Both exhibitions provide an opputunity for us to show the project in progress, and think about what aspects of the work are best suited for a particular audience. More details to follow soon.

"Shrine of the Book" houses the dead sea scrolls and is located on the Israel Museum campus
